Pricing and Policy Information

You will find our pricing and policies to be very flexible and competitive.

Our fees are based on an hourly rate, that varies depending upon several factors including type of event, space required and expected number of attendees. Certain equipment and furnishings are included in the basic fee. Additional fees may apply for certain equipment, furnishings, setup and other costs.

For larger events (100+), there is a 3-hour minimum. Our rates are based on your "event time", and provide you with a reasonable amount of setup and tear down time.

We offer special discounts for day and evening rentals, Sunday through Thursday, that can be very affordable for periodic classes or workshops, meetings of not-for-profit groups and others on a limited budget.

Hourly rates can range from $25 per hour (for example, for a regular class or meeting held in one of the breakout rooms), to $200+ per hour (for example, for the full facility on a Friday or Saturday night).
