We FINALLY have some good news to share.

After 17 long months, the City of Atlanta has finally agreed
that we have enough parking for our facility. 

As many of you know, there is plenty of parking always
available (not always free, but certainly always available),
including parking in the Tech Square parking deck--1,500 spaces
that are mostly empty on evenings and weekends. 
But the City of Atlanta doesn't consider those spaces at all, even
though they are located 1/2 block from our entrance.

We figure we finally jumped through enough hoops and agreed
to spend enough money to "lease" parking spaces, that we got
the approval on Friday, September 26, 2008, over 16 months
since our first attempt to prove we had enough parking.

So why is this parking issue so important? Without the
parking approval, our liquor license application has
been "on hold." 

If we don't hit any more brick walls in this excruciating
process, we hope we'll be able to sell you champagne to
ring in the new year!
