Spring4th Center and Spring4th Annex - Facility Information

Spring4th Center:
5,500 square feet, including:

• Large urban-style "warehouse" space
• Open gallery-type hallway
• Three breakout rooms
• Rear outdoor area (shared)
• Plus: Registration area with coat check, 7 toilets and beverage service area

Spring4th Annex:
Includes 1,500 square feet, including:

• Large social room
• Three breakout rooms 
• Rear outdoor area (shared) 
• Plus: Registration desk, 4 toilets and beverage service area

Beverage service: We currently offer a non-alcoholic cash bar (bottled water, soft drinks, juices, energy drinks).

For certain smaller events, clients may be permitted to bring in their own non-alcoholic beverages.

Spring4th Center's liquor license is pending with the City of Atlanta. We hope to be able to offer beer, wine and liquor by late November 2008. Options for event hosts will include (a) cash bar (where each guest pays for their own beverages), and (b) hosted bar (where the event host pays for all beverages, plus a fee for serving staff). Alcohol served at Spring4th Center events must be consumed on the premises.

Food service: Clients may utilize outside caterers or pre-packaged food, but no food preparation may be done on-site.

Equipment available: "House" public address system and stage lighting (in both Spring4th Center and Spring4th Annex), podium, stage(s), LCD projector(s), 9'x12' movie screen. Wireless internet access (main facility only).

Furnishings available: Over 100 chairs, numerous tables (varying sizes), outdoor furnishings, other miscellaneous items.
